This fee includes the copper Paragard® IUD and 2 appointments with our medical practitioner. Your first appointment will be a consultation and evaluation, and the IUD will be inserted during the second appointment. Mirena® IUS and Insertion  $875.00

Implanon® and Insertion  $850.00
This fee includes Implanon® and 2 appointments with our medical practitioner. Your first appointment will be a consultation and evaluation, and the Implanon will be inserted during the second appointment by our Implanon ® Accredited Provider. More information on Implanon® at Choices.

Depo Provera Shot  $30.00
This fee is for established patients, and it includes the Depo Provera shot and a consultation with our medical practitioner. If you are a new patient, you will need to have a wellness exam. More information on birth control at Choices.
